Even when they couldn't help ...

... they did.

I was looking for a brake upgrade to my S8, didn't see anything on their web site, and gave them a call. Nope, nothing for an S8, but Matt spent quite a bit of time on the phone with suggestions anyways. And then he followed up with two emails with more suggestions/comments.

All this service for a customer they couldn't make any money on ... I was impressed!
