H&R Coilovers, Ultra or not? (tirerack)

I've got a bone stock tip and track it approx 2-3 times a year (I'm a newbie).

I was also considering the Abt suspension @ AMS, but everyone keeps talking about H&R.

H&R is excellent(Ultra).. you can't go wrong. I thought I heard someone mention that the ABT was a..

relabled H&R?

Abt is bilstein shocks and custom spring according to stratmosphere

Ok, so all that's different is the springs..check the rates. H&R's come with Bilsteins.

No problem. Good luck. Depending on what kind of streets you drive on, set the fronts...

to 45 turns up and the rears to 35 turns up. You'll like it and you can work from there.(The turns are measured from the bottom of the threads on the shock body to the bottom of the secondary perch)
