Default Keyes Audi - Van Nuys, CA just had the nerve...

...to tell me that I had to pay sticker PLUS $2500 for an '02 S4.

They've got 22 S4s on the lot. They must like collecting them.

Default Screw Keyes.. go to Ogner in Woodland Hills

In fact, find the S4 you like at Keyes and then tell Ogner you want that one.

Default You know, you should call up Thomas Foulk at Rusnak (Pasadena) and see if he can snag you one...

from their lot. They do dealer exchanges all the time, so you may get one of their cars, but from a different dealer.

Don't talk to anyone except Thomas, because he's a good friend, and he won't jerk you around.

Default Sure.. but...

It takes a little time to get an appointment. I've had no problems with their service though. Pretty good actually. Just don't ever use Holmes Auto Body next door.

Of course, you can buy your Audi anywhere and get it serviced at any Audi dealer.

Default Ogner service rocks... I use them on my A4. They also have the car I want...

...but they insist that the loyalty discount applies to the '02 S4 though I know for sure that it doesn't. They're only willing to give me sticker minus a grand, including the non-existant loyalty money. So basically, that' sticker. Fortunately, they are calling my trade at 25K, which is high. So... I dunno. I guess I'll try Rusnak.

Default I got my 01 there..

though I never talked to them. I got it through an auto broker that found the one I wanted in their lot and had it shipped up here. They ended up overcharging me by a grand, and it took them months to get their act together and mail me the difference.

i didn't get a good feeling from talking to them over the phone, and they even got 2k over sticker for mine.

Default klaus that old german punk is a dick, he acts like a hardass. Hes the walking old punk with glasses

I had an appointment with Ogner on Oct 3rd to change my water pump because he thought it was making noise. By the time Oct 3 came along the sound went away and I forgot about the appointment. Anyways, last week I came back asking how much an oil filter was. I also brought up the appointment too... hes like "Well, Oct 3rd passed already." Im like, "Yea, no ****." to me this is extremely bad service, vicky was courteous. She at least called me up and reminded me a week before my appointment was due.

Then I told klaus to come outside and take a look at my car to see if the oil pump sound was still there. He didnt acknowledge me, he just walked towards the door and sat and talked to his buddy for about 5 mins then walked outside past me, then he got inside my car and told me to "start her up." Talk about rude... His diagnosis is "Welp, sounds normal... except for your exhaust." I guess he was implying that it was "modified."

I dont know man, this guy is a total looser, totally deterrets me from ever going back to Ogner, I've also witness some really bad service from this guy. From what I've seen, he doesnt like teenagers. I've seen him totally ignore young female and male customers (Me being one of them).

The only reason I go there is because they are the nearest dealership to my house. If this behavior continues Im going to report this dumbass to the store manager, then the B.B.B. of course, AOA will hear about it as well.

Default Strange. I bought my '01 there in April, paid $2075 under msrp.

I didn't buy any of the add-ons (warranty, paint protection, etc.) I'm sure others have gotten it for less. My salesman was "Ifrem" I think. Pretty good guy. Took care of me after the sale as well.

I'm guessing that you owe more on the A4 then its worth, hence having to pay over MSRP
