Warrantee Service Poll:
More detail is better.
Have you been denied service because of Mods?
Have you been denied service without Mods?
Have you recieved service with Mods?
Have you recieved service with Mods that could have caused the problem (Chip'ed and Tranny or Turbo went)?
There seems to be some really pissed off people here. Just interested and think this may help people a bit as there is a lot of bitching about warranty work on our cars even though we are pushing them way past factory specs (Anyone realize for example the APR chip increases Torque by 42% and HP by 23% plus an increased redline, even higher increases for the GIAC). How do you think any other auto manufacturer would react if you where to ask them to perform warrantee work on a modified car (like a bored and blown beamer or a turboed Lexus). With all this s*&t talking on Audi, it definitely will not help the brand name which may not help Audi bringing over say the RS6 or the rumored RSTT. Is there anyone other than me that has had a really good experience with Audi?

I've had crappy service on my stock A4. Strangely enough I still bought the S4 (m)
it may be a decision that i regret down the road.
i love the cars, but their customer service is from the stone ages. if i hear "it's within spec" or "things aren't bad enough yet for us to make a warrenty claim" (what you want a part to fail and have a big accident?!?) again from a service advisor i think i'll scream

Other than one "can't hear the rattle" the service has been fine

Never denied service
Profuse apologies on missing the rattle
Always got a loaner (albeit Corolla)
Went extra on a couple things (changed both w/w tank and headlight pump when only pump the problem)
