Default Experience with loose stems on Bailey valves?

My stems are turning(i.e., loose), I'm assuming because of engine vibration. I thought it was just my butt dyno getting used to the power, but I have definitely noticed a power loss over the last few weeks. I will tighten them, of course, if possible. Should I use Lok-Tite? And any of you gurus want to comment on whether the fact that they are loose, alone, would significantly contribute to loss of boost or shocking the turbos into spooling down more quickly between shifts? Todd @ AWE, want to take a stab at this one?

Thanks, Patrick

Default Mike S's response is on the money.

The first batches of valves a year and a half ago came through without loctite on the fitting threads. After a few heat cycles, we started to get some reports of the fittings moving around. The loose threads can be a leak source if loose enough.

Apply a dab of loctite to the threads and rethread them. Contact us if you need us to send you some loctite.

Default Todd, I just emailed you, but...

Thanks for the feedback. Can you comment on performance loss for me as related to this problem? I will lock them down later today, but as I said, I've been trying to diagnose my lack of power, and I have no torn TBB, no DTC's, and the turbos are fine. Gracias...
