I have a set of the same in 17" for sale - they're kinda' beat up but have new P7000s. Cheap.

I dont have any particular store, I buy what I need and usually install it myself

If you are looking for good install places I can recommend a few in Pittsburgh, or perhaps help you out myself

Im not sure but I think about 28lbs. Not the lightest wheels ever, form over function =)
