Another great job by James and Co. at Beverly Hills Audi

My windshield got a crack in it courtesy of a rock, so I brought the car in to have a new OEM windshield installed (partly paid for my insurance). I also had them look into my squeaky gearbox (the car sound like an old wooden floor when you step on the gas out of 1st).

They installed the glass and fixed the noise without issue. And I had the pleasure of driving a 3.0 A6 CVT loaner for a couple of days while the worked on the car (no gears = very wierd feeling, but lots of torque).

Everything was great. Kudos to James @ Beverly Hills. I unreservedly recommend them for service in the Westside L.A. area.

Another view: Avoid them like the plague. I can give you a lengthy story if you wish

They were so bad in fact, that I spoke with the tech directly to ask him my options. He told me to take it to another dealer as he was powerless.

Well, I know your feelings -- and I know their past -- but they have a lot of new service personnel

over there now. If you don't have time to drive to Commonwealth or Pacific (like me), Beverly Hills has done right by me ... so far.

I hope to continue my relationship with them. And between the two dealerships that I have had personal experiences with (Downtown and BH), I would say BH is far better.
