what are spring rates of eibach and mtm/eibach? which are better with stock shocks?

MTM Eibach spring rates vs Eibach Prokits are...
MTM Eibach are 460 front 400 rear
Eibach ProKit are very close to OEM, 360 front 270 rear.
With that said the Prokits will work better with "stock shocks"...from my experience I'd also upgrade shocks. I drove over a year with the Prokit only setup and have since upgraded to the Bilstein groove body shocks which match up with the ProKit springs nicely ...noticed a much better ride.
