Default Can someone recommend a good

online place to get driving gloves? My hands get kinda sweaty and they slip on the wheel. I'd like to get a set of deerskin gloves or something.

Default Coach makes decent glove gloves...

...or you could just get some real racing gloves at like racerpartswholesale.com. Or go for like Sparco gloves (which I like out of the few racing gloves that I've tried out).

Default Frey Racing but you kind of want to try gloves on . . . close enough for Bay Area

I got my Simpson's from there . . .

http://freyracing.com/</a

Default I actually use biking gloves for street driving...

I bought a pair of Fox Incline gloves from Supergo.com. They're much more comfortable to me on warmer days than my Simpson gloves. I didn't like the way the long-gauntlet Simpsons fely when I was driving on roads like Skyline Drive/Hwy 9. I've folded back the gloves, but it wasn't the same.

Plus, my Simpsons are bright red. I kinda felt like a poser using them on the road. 8)

I also suggest trying them on at a store before buying them. Also, see if you can try them out on your steering wheel so you can really feel how they stretch when you're in a driving position. Some of the gloves I tried felt okay just wearing them in the store, but didn't feel comfortable when I got behind the wheel.

Fox Incline Gloves

Default I've been searching for those for years- - - >

I've been loking for custom cut deerskin gloves with no luck.

I remember a few years ago Herrington (catalog compay) had an offer for custom cut driving gloves. Send them a tracing of your hands an they send you custom deerskin gloves.

I'm still kicking myself for passing on them.

If you find a source PLEASE let me know!

Default these are very versatile, and you can buy them at Kragens

also, they are machine washable. You can work on your car, then throw them in the wash, and use them as driving gloves.

They are $20.

http://www.mechanix.com</a
