Question regarding transition through UPS:

What does it mean when I type in a Tracking # on www.ups.com and it shows up as: billing information received?!

From my past experience, this message does not mean the item has been checked in or scanned, less on its way to me (or any end buyer).

Is it possible to obtain that status without actually sending out any package on its way?

I think it means that UPS knows there is a package that needs to be picked up.

In other words, it'll make it's way to the local UPS office this evening.
