for those of you that needed an h&r replacement damper under warranty.....was

the process pretty quick and painless? my friend just blew one of his dampers, and we're wondering how long it takes to get a new one once you send your old one in..

Yeah he knows. The day after i went over to his house and the car was running outside. Well his dad

was like, Matt what did you do to your car. It sounds louder. :-) I told him what I did and not to tell the Chad that I did anything. Then later I finally tell him. He never drives his S4 so it was hard to mess with him some more, but happy so far. 2 weekends ago we went to Philly. Dusted 2 IS300s. The one had a bunch of girls in it. They got mad at us and called us jerks. That was a great night. Even some hot chicks in a BMW tried to race, but that was a joke. While messing with the chicks Chad wrote his cell# for them to call, but they didn't. It was a good night that night. Tons of hot girls everywhere.

Depends on who you talk to..

One time they sent me the shock and charged me for the shipping and "cost" of the new shock. When I got the new shock I sent the old one back and they credited the $$$ back to my credit card.

down time 2 days

My other shock blew and I called H&R.
They said they no longer exchange shocks. They said I had to go to the dealer that sold me the shocks. I had to give the dealer my shocks, they had to send the shocks to H&R. H&R fixed the shocks, sent them to the dealer, then the dealer sent the shock to me.

Down time 5 weeks.=(

I no longer have H&R coilovers
