what the ribbed belt for?

i am getting the timing belt/rollers, waterpump, and thermostat done...

someone suggested the ribbed belt should be changed while they are under there...

should i do this as well... ?? is it hard to get to, if i don't do it now? expensive?

The accesory belt. Thats the belt that goes around the ps pump, alternator, etc
