Ummm...

I would try to get them fixed. If there's no serious structural damage, and it's just a bend at that point in the wheel, send it out to get fixed.

their no good...just give them to me..I will pay shipping....

but really...fix them...it sould be only about 120-130 ea. to fix

They are cracked....any reputable rim repair shop wont touch it.
