what would you pay for 2001 S4 with 2000 mi. ?

Newbie question: What would you pay for a silver 2001 S4 with the silver alcantara seats, sunroof, aluminum side mirrors( sport package?),in dash 6 cd,no xenons, 2000 miles on it and in mint condition but couldn't test drive or do a mechanical inspection? ( this car is coming up for auction after a bankruptcy). The car was put in service 10/00 so I suspect build date is 9/00 at the newest. Thanks in advance!

In this case it was published in the local newspaper and I just happened to notice the S4 and the mileage. Thanks for all the advice the forum has given me.
