Don't try to place a claim with Warranty Gold!
They have gone belly up, and their trust fund has been siezed.
They are not honoring any claims, nor will they in the near future.
I was supposed to get a refund on my policy with them, but that has been put off indefinately.

When I spoke to them they said
once the admin had finished with all of their legal hearings the re-insurance would kick in. You know the re-insurer won't pay tell they have to.
I disputed all of my credit card payments. I still have not found out if my credit card company will honor my dispute, though.

but
doesn't this mean that the repair shop is the one getting shafted? If WG didn't authorize repairs but you did and paid for it out of pocket, I'm not sure how the CC could make the connection, legally.
