Who's to say that the RS6 crank power is not actually very conservatively rated?
Or that driveline loss is much less than 25%?
Best not to do dyno to dyno comparisons without perspective.

AWE RSK04 kit = ~310wHP (IIRC your posts)
Speedsport Dyno:
Stock RS6 = ~335wHP
Vijay's APR stg3 kit w/O.CT tuning = ~335wHP
bioman's MTM stg4 = ~335wHP
Interesting to see that on your dyno a stock RS6 is making 20% more wheel power than your K04 kit.
However, on Speedsport's Dyno, those two K04 kits put down the same amount of power as the stock RS6.
Granted these runs were surely in different weather climates, but still, that's pretty drastic.
So, either the RS6 on your dyno has more power than theirs, or their dyno runs on the RS6 were done under terrible conditions (although Brian noted the good first run and then after waiting and misting, an almost matching final run). Or those other 2 K04 kits have 20% more wheel HP than the AWE RSK04 kit? - but I don't believe that. Maybe it's a combination of all?
