What are typical timing belt changing prices from the stealership...

I was told..$1100-$1400 EEEEEEEEkkkk

Not being done by them, But I am curious what people have got for prices.

This is for my pops S4 avant, which has 58,000 miles on it allready.. Dailly driven to say the least.

There any write ups on timing belt changes on a S4?

I have done quite a few on my coupe quattro.

If everything is changed that should be; your range is about right.

The S4 is easier to change than a CQ.

I was quoted about $1600 from Audi of Nashua in NH...all the usual things were to be changed..

water pump, tensioners, belts...you might want to put a snub in there while they have it apart as well.

Just had mine done at 75k

total: $904.71
parts: 397.50
labour: 456
tax: 51.21

that includes belts, thermostat, water pump, seals, etc.
