One Last Phatbox Question

2002 S4

I just bought a Phatbox. Do I need to buy anything else to install it? Some people say that as is I can put it right in the changer slot and plug it in. Others say I need a bracket of some sort. What exactly do I need (part # etc.) if anything?

The bracket isn't all that great...

I have a sedan, and I only used two screws out of the bracket kit. It's better to use some industrial velcro to hold it in there... With it screwed in the cover for that area keeps popping off.

Velcro is all you need.

Second the velcro

Go to sears or OSH or whatever and get velcro, then just put it on the sides of the box, other half on the rail.

BTW, I HIGHLY recommend a program like ID3 Tagit or something to redo all of your ID3 tags as you upload albums - it took we a long to time to redo mine but now they all work well (for instance, make 311 "three eleven" and LBDAS Long Beach Dub All Stats, etc.). The lady doesn't speak very clearly and sometimes different songs from the same album get put under two different albums because their tags differ slightly.
