how does the presure tester tell you where your leak is????

It comes with a big arrow that points at the leak.
You'll hear air hissing out of the leak, when you pressurize the system. Kinda like filling a tire with air, and listening for the leak...however in the case of our intake systems, there usually aren't any pinhole leaks...they are usually big a$$ leaks! Usually...
