Default Going to try to repair my underbelly cover tonight, any advice for getting it off?

someone said its not as easy as it seems. I have not looked at it yet. When I do I will just put the car on two jack stands in the front. What tools will I need?

im going to try to repair it with JB weld. apparently now it flaps real bad at high speeds.

Default It's really easy...anybody can do it...all you need is a quarter or short flat screwdriver...

there are 10 screws, front 3, back 3 and 2 on each side of wheel wells...

Default You talkin' 'bout the plastic belly pan in front? Couldn't be easier to take off, you can use ramps

or jackstands. All you need is a wide flat bladed screwdriver and a quarter (for the plastic fasteners in the wheel wells). 10 fasteners total: 3 along front edge, 2 in each wheel well, and 3 along the trailing edge. All the metal ones are dsuz-type 3/4 turn and the ones on the trailing edge are held in with washers so they stay attached to the cover. The JB Welding portion will be the hard part!

Default thanks man, I just remember when I asked b4 someone said it was hard.

i have jackstands, when I get it off i can see how back the cracks are, if they are really bad ill just have to spend the $100+ to get a new part.

Default the two on each side of the wheel wells have no screws in them I dont think

noticed them when i was cleaning them for a show and had the wheel off. if that is the case then that might explain a lot of the flapping.

Default Here's some advice, if you need advice to get it off, don't try to fix it. It's really simple

though.

Default It is good to try things. If he asks and gets a good explanation on how, why not try it?

I have to agree that it is pretty self explanatory though.
