Yes the RS4 throttle body does fit the S4 intake manifold!!

it's not a direct boltup. i assume you made an adapter or machined one or both parts.

Yes the intake was welded/machined to accept the RS4 throttle body.

You will be impressed with the workmanship!

Can't say I have ever seen it done before. Looking to get

50 more WHP on 91 oct gas by installing the following parts on my K04 car.

RS4 Throttlebody & Bipipe with blitz ported intake
Aquamist 2D system
AWE DP's & Milltek superduals
Cold air intake (silver bullit style)
Euro intake cams
AMS stage 6 software.

will that really help much though?

sounds cool though - I don't like the RS4 up-pipes though. Rick said it wasn't safe for drilling in teh aquamists so on Matt's car he had to place it on the throttle body boot place. Which is not idea for alcohol injection because you want it to cool the air as much as possible before hitting the t-body. see if your guy can get the nozzles directly into the "bipipe/up-pipe" section - the close to the IC's the better
