Experiences w. Steve McDonald (AoA DC/VA/MD area rep.)?
Has anyone had any experience with involving Steve McDonald in dealer service problems - he is the Audi of America Service Area #92 Representative covering Northern Virginia? Has he been of any help in resolving your issues or did you have to go higher? If so, who did you go to?
I have a serious outstanding issue with Audi of Alexandria, and am trying to decide whether to try to involve Audi of America or go directly to the courthouse.

What's the problem? Who've you been dealing with at AoA?
