General Questions regarding a future purchase

I would like to know first off when did they stop making the 2.7 BiTurbo?

Secondly, can a Stage 3 turbo kit just fit right on by itself withou extra stuff like headers? (APR turbo kit)

I wouldn't mark this Off Topic...

The last model year was 2002 for the 2.7t (i think they might of actually been 2001.5, they just branded it as 2002).

Pretty sure Stage III doesn't need the "extra stuff". You'll definitely wanna follow up with someone else though.
