Nav Plus System
I just got a complete Nav+ System with DVD player and TV Tuner I was installing just the Nav+ headunit yesterday and I kept getting locked out. I have the security code, is there a certain way you enter it or do you have to enter it twice, or do you need the car off or on, etc. Someone please help. This is going in my 2001.5 S4 Nogaro Blue

Yes wiring is fine, it turns on I just need to find out if there is a certain way of entering the security code.

There is a SAFE wire that needs 12v constant, that is your problem

Connector 3 (8 pin):
PIN 5
Make jumper from +12 on pin 7 of same connector.
Must have +12 to operate Nav.
