Brakes making strange noises... Any thoughts??

Brakes making strange noises... Any thoughts??
Recently since I lower my car (about 2 month), my brakes have been progressively making strange noises. Especially after I have been driving in traffic.
It feels like the pads are slicking to the rotors. Plus I get a vibration in the brake pedal. But nothing close to pedal movement when the ABS kicks in..
BTW... My brakes are about 40% all around, and my ABS still seems to work..
Could it be my ABS controller going?
Master Cylinder going?
Time to change the rotors?
Or just plain bleed the brakes?
