Anyone have some words of advice for adjusting my front driver's side door?
I noticed it has been a little off lately, and the lower trim piece is rubbing when I open and close the door. Is there a certain procedure or sequence for tightening those 3 bolts?

I had the same issue.
I stopped by a body shop who worked on my car and they were able to push up the lower trim piece up and this also made the lower rubber gasket fit better.
Give it a shot, just hit the trim piece from underneath with your hand or with a rubber mallet (softly)
