What should I expect to pay for a complete 2.7T engine?

What should I expect to pay for a complete 2.7T engine?

I've found a 2.7T engine with 15K miles on it, but I have no idea what to offer. It's not something that comes up often so it's hard to judge market value (at least for me). Thanks.

Project w/ good title I lost interest in finishing.

Was a fire on the right front. Engine is OK. Body is OK. Parting out to try and break even on $$$ invested. see www.astresstech.com/s4pics for more details. All parts are ready to ship. Also trying to get rid of the bare chassis with good title. It would be an excellent project for someone that wanted to swap all the parts from a salvaged title car to increase resale value. I wish I could find a cheap wrecked one.

Almost did something like that.

Stolen car that was striped. All I would have need to add was a good seat. Sucks that they want 80-90% of used resale for salvaged cars. Someone posted a site to wrecked BMW's and Audi's and they wanted pretty much 95% of a clean titled similar model. They also had wrecked ferrari's (355) with possible engine damage for over 115K.
