Infamous B5 S4 rotor problem...advice requested (more)

So I've been braking from high speed relatively often in the past few days (read from 130+ to about 70) and I'm getting serious brake shudder. I think I can also hear rubbing when I'm just driving around normally and some shimmy at 60 mph+. I'm pretty sure it's warpped rotors. I have an appt with the dealer next week. I've never flushed my brake fluid...I'm at 55k. My rotors were turned by the dealer just prior to hitting 50k. Anyhow, I'm thinking if I have to replace the rotors I'll probably go with something aftermarket? Any advice? Any brand or merchant? Thanks

I'm in the process of doing my rotors right now. Stoptech Stage II...

Includes slotted or crossdrilled rotors at all 4 corners, SS lines, Motul fluid, pads, but unfortunately no calipers. Check it out at AWE tuning or APR tuning (i cant remember which)

Or you could just re-bed your pads.

You are supposed to flush the brake system every 2 years at the most!!!

Moisture gets in the fluid over time and decreases its effectiveness. You NEED to flush them now before it causes any deteriation in the brake system!!
