got a nice compliment to the S a few days back...
was on my way to ATL for the ATL GP and we came upon a brand new C55 AMG. GORGEOUS car. Unf. Ran him up to about 120 or so, and I was amazed that I kept right with him.
Anyway, after those shenanigans, we slowed down and rolled the windows down:
me: gorgeous car, I love it!
him: thanks. had it about a week. love yours too, how long you had it?
me: 4 years, it's an 01.
him:*blank stare, pause* damn, it's beautiful.
me: **** eating grin

thanks! but that makes it harder to get rid of now...

...it's a possibility in the next couple weeks I'd sell it to a friend of mine. I have spent 2 hours looking online at what's out there, and I can't find anything I like better, that I'm willing to spend $ on. I was looking forward to having the S paid off soon.
But this *does* get my mind thinking, what would I get if I didn't have the S? I'd love an E46 M3, for sure, but I won't/can't afford it new, and don't think I want someone else's ragged out high mileage car. I have no clue what else there is for me....
