Autothority chip...reliability for normal driver?
I have STFA and gotten mixed reviews and not specific answers to these questions, so I am sorry to ask them again.
1.What is your experience with/opinions of the Autothority chip for the S4?
2. I drive very carefully and normally for 90% of the time. I NEVER track my car or drive like a beast for long periods of time, just the occasional bursts of speed or "beat the competition" occasions which compromise maybe 10% of my driving time. Am I still at decent risk to blow my turbos or auto trans with this chip? Will my reliability be badly diminished? If they reset it back to stock, will it be detectable by the dealer?
I am not too sure on this mod, I most prob will just keep it stock. But let me know, so I can make my best desicion.

I've used their "chips" on BMW's and presently have the software in my 00 S4 (A-box)...
Works great!
No codes
No drivability issues
I've had this setup since May of 2000.
PS- add a freer flowing exhaust to allow your turbos to "work" better.
