Is $2200 a decent price for NIB K04s w/o inlets?

If you are not in a hurry I'd wait to see what happens on the GT28 front.
On the K04s I got mine for less with piping(early 2005) but the seller was very generous and the supply at the time was not impacted like it is today.

I'm not in a hurry...but if I can just buy the K04s, hold onto them, and sell them if....
the software for the GT turbos turns out to be decent.
if the software for the GT turbos turns out to be not so decent, I would use the K04s (possibly have them K16'd or K24'd) and go the homebrew route, from which people seem to get really drivable cars.
