B5 S4 Question

Not what the pundits say, but actual experiences. I am trying to establish if a 25 psi boost gauge would be overkill. I get 19 psi out of my test car and it has been working fine for over 2 years. Occasionally we push it over 20 but not often. Not a peep of problems from the turbos, but we did upgrade the BOVs.

you wont see over 25psi from K03 turbos.

I design and build them. Hence the question. I am looking into a 25 or 30 psi unit for the Audi. You can see them at www.impconcepts.com if you like.

do you make more standard gauges as well?

i cant find one that fits what i want.

Has anyone actually got 25 psi from the stock units? And lived to tell the tale for longer than a few runs?

Is there anywhere I can read up about ACTUAL experiences with this. I know the tuners all say you need bigger turbos. But they are selling them. Our stock unts run all day at 19 - 20 with no issues at all. Silicon piping and Alloy BOVs is all. Oh an an upgraded Y Pipe.
