What do you guys think about my experience? Any suggestions?

I parked my s4 in Pilgrim Parking garage in Boston. However, my headlights are stolen and the manager said that they don't have any responsible. In addition, he said that their insurance company only covers when the car is stolen. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.
Any suggestions?

Contact your insurance company. They'll probably try to fight with them on it.

Also - where is that parking garage in Boston? I fear for my headlights . . .

Depending what insurance you have your insurance might cover it. I doubt

whether you can hold the garage accountable because they proly have a policy or something that says they are not responsible for damage to your car. IMO
