They are almost the exact same wheel except that you're choosing the wrong one for your car.
Listen to 2000SForce.DTWaudi. Just that slight amount of softer curvature to the wheels spoke edges matches the more curvy B5. The B6 has flat hard angles because that's the look of the B6.
If you didn't want plain, you shouldn't even be looking at an 18" wheel that looks about the same as your stock 17" Avus wheel.
