If I don't get this resolved you guys will most definately be hearing about this on AW. I have given him numerous e-mails and am very concerned about my money that I sent him. From what I understand he is a stand up guy so I don't know why this deal went so bad... He assures me he is going to take care of me but from the last few weeks of dealing with him I am not too confident. I am giving him 7 days to reconcile the situation before legal action is taken.

i payed him a good amount of money for a real diff, 2 axles, and 2 drive shafts...well i didnt recieve the axles or drive shafts, and the diff mount is ****in broke..the biggest deal i needed..im VERY pissed, he wont answer my call nor return them, same with my emails, post and my msn..see unlike u i prefer to go to peoples houses and meet them face to face and ask where the hell my stuff is, or my money..not exactly the most stable person in the world 
and if i drive all the way to ny..im coming back with parts or money..right now im paying 25 a day for storage fee from the shop..hope ur not in the same boat as i..good luck

Seems that this guy is doing some sketchy things to people. I bought a RS4 Y-pipe from him. He e-mailed me a picture of a silver pipe and hoses. I recieved a blue pipe that was spray painted really ****ty and also it was partially damaged. I have his home phone # and prefer to try and resolve this with him amiacably. He told me he bought the pipe from someone else who had it for sale cheap and that he shipped me the wrong piece. A likely story that I do not quite believe. At any rate he says he is going to ship me the correct piece. I also bought a RS4 Accordian hose that he did NOT ship. Says his brother shipped me the wrong package...
I have qutie a few lawyers in the family. If he thinks that I am going to take this lying down then... he is quite wrong. I believe the price of the transaction this qualifies as mail fraud. Maybe I'm wrong and hope I don't have to find out. People on this forum says he is a good guy. Maybe he is, but my experience has been less than satisfactory.
