replacement plastic screws for lower windshield valence?

replacement plastic screws for lower windshield valence?
i went to change the cabin air-filter and found the screw heads stripped. couldn't loosen them with a philips head screwdriver because of this.
1. is there an easy way to loosen them in this state?
2. are they replaceable or do i need a whole new valence piece? anyone got a part #?

*L* Looks like I am not the only one with this problem.
I checked with the dealership, my understanding is that you will have to replace the complete trim piece. They are about $50 or so. I have been trying to locate a salvage yard that may have them for less, but so far, no luck.

The head is stripped on my far passenger one from pollen filter replacement. I keep it loose.
Haven't had any problems or noise/vibration so far. I'm going to replace it at some point just because, but it's been like that for 8 months or so.
