What are the differences between the US and Euro spec taillamps on a sedan!

Default AFAIK, the only difference is an orange hue to the blinkers rather than red.
This was true for the wagons, woudl assume true for the sedans. If not then there is no difference.

That and the rear foglight is on the opposite side.

I thought so. Isn't that why there is a plug for the rear fog on each side?
