Default Stu B, take the center caps to bed with you. I'm going to Spring Lake, NJ home tomorrow
morning and my camera is in my bag with extra film! srosie, is that your black 4.2 because it looks like dark blue. Gorgeous wheels and rubber. I guess Stu B is really getting impatient. Center caps and no wheels?

Default Brilliant Black, yes. Dig. Camera misleading.
Drove about 100 aggressive miles today at varrying speeds. Car handles exceptionally well. It's a little odd not being able to slide the thing in hard corners, though. It takes a line and stays/sticks to it. As my confidence grows with this very well behaved back end, I'm sure tossing it will have a whole different meaning. Being familiar with using the rear end to jet you out of hard corners and unfamiliar with all four pinned to the tarmac is the key.

Default I got the part number at home, but maybe JP4 has it handy. I think he said...
they were close to $600 a copy, ouch! And on backorder :-(

Apparently your just not "tossing it" hard enough to overcome the Quattro's tenacious grip. Have you seen the .mpg of the S6 Avant "tossing it" around corners on an airport? It's very impressive.
