Xenon Dilema: SOLVED Very Happy Resolution- Thanks (especially Steve S.)to all for the input
I now I have a 2.7t, with Xenon's, and all the other options I wanted (except acoustic parking and the drop down curtain airbag). Same interior, PSK suspension, and instead of Cashmere Gray, it's Ebony Pearl (my second choice 3 months ago).
Went this morning to talk with Ernst, we look over what was available, and 2 hours later, I'm trying real hard not to redline the car on it's 12th mile. For lunch, drove to an In and Out 45 minutes away, the best burger I've ever had.
Worst case scenario, if I really feel like I'm "lacking" the acoustic parking and the rear side airbags, I'll put in an order for another one, trade this one in, and still come out ahead when compared to the $4-5K I would have to put in my '86 325e BMW to keep it going for another 4-6 months.
So as soon as the gray clouds go away, I'll post some pictures of the new PSK. Also, I'm one of the converted when it comes to the wheels- the twin spokes do look better with the lowered suspension.
Have a good weekend,
Ernesto
