Any 2001 A6 2.7T assigned May production weeks yet?

Any 2001 A6 2.7T assigned May production weeks yet?
I'm quite concerned about my 2.7T on order. My dealer claimed it will be in the May production but my car hasn't been assigned a production week yet. Anyone received week #s for their 2001 on order yet?<p>

Not yet...
IIRC, when I ordered my 2000, I didn't get a production week for it until the beginning of the month it was to be produced (March). Therefore, I haven't gotten concerned yet. Ask me next week or the folloing tho and I might be.

YES!!!! (long)
I know I'm yelling, but I just got a phone call from my dealer who told me my car is in production this week. I guess he got notice late last week it was in production. He told me he would call me when he gets notice that production is complete, and it moves to the next status. He told me to figure delivery about 2 months from now.
For all of you waiting for a 2001, this seems to be great news. Hopefully it is accurate and there are no snags in the production of the 2001s. I'll be sure to post when I get further updates! BTW I placed the order mid March. I have an early July birthday. I'd say this would make a great birthday present!

Exciting news Nancy! I tried calling my rep today to check status of mine, but she was out. Hope to hear from her tomorrow. She changed my order from a May build and modified an existing (Apr.) order after I decided to pass on the tip buttons/pass. memory which was delayed. Could mean I'm looking at 4-6 wks. Better place an ad for my car soon ;-)
