Tip if you've got service problems in LA
Beverly Hills Audi is really on a tear at the moment to get "excellent" ratings on their service visits. My service advisor stood next to me the whole time I was checking out and even walked me to my car. They stuck a silver medallion on my invoice begging for an "excellent" rating, and then today the service manager called and left a message asking for the same!
So I'm guessing either they are having some PR problems, or there is some kind of conte$t going on based on service ratings(April, any thoughts???). If you've got a weird problem that no one can solve, or one that no one wants to bother with, this might be a good time to drop in and have them take a look. You can politely threaten them with a not-excellent rating if they aren't as eager or helpful as you'd like.
