radio question
Although I love my A6, I have to admit that I find it annoying that the way the ignition is set up I can't turn on my car's stereo (I do have Bose) without also starting the engine. Does anybody know why this is so, or am I missing something painfully obvious?

What I found out is after you turn off the engine, dont remove the key and just tap the left main **** and the stereo will turn on.
This works if you need to wait in the car and NEED your music.

Look at your instruction book carefully. I recall either being able to program the radio or being able through some setup mechanism to cause the radio to turn on without the ignition on or even the key in the ignition. It stays on for an hour then shuts itself off.
