Still no clue...
on the S4/S6 outside mirrors. Was driving down memorial yesterday and a silver S4 blew by me with the mirrors! I wanted to follow him but the wife was in the car with me. So all I know is that someone in houston with a silver S4 has them. Let's track him donw and find out where he got 'em.
Also, I just want to make a change to my car that's not as drastic as bigger tires and wheels.
They look really freakin cool though!
Anyone know where I can get them!?!?!?!?

I'm not sure what your original question was... but if it was about the aluminum mirrors... the '01 S4 sport pkg includes polished aluminum outside mirrors. You might be able to get them off an A6 4.2 from Europe for an A6... try Vortrag.<p>>>Muhammad

I've seen him too...
I live in the Galleria area in H-Town and I've seen him a couple of times. I found a link below that has similar mirrors.

I live in the Shepherd/West Gray area and I think this guy lives in the Memorial area. So let's get this straight. The 01 S4 comes with the mirrors. so why can't we just get the mirrors form the dealer? By the wya, I'm in an 01 silver 2.7t. Will be getting my audiwerks sticker soon, so that way you can spot me. what about you?

Cruising in a 99 A6Q 30V...
Mine is also Silver with burgundy leather. I love my Audi! I optioned out the wineglass wheels for the 4.2 17" pie-plate wheels and tires, but I'm looking to change to something else. I've spotted a set of BBS and some Mile Miglia that will work but I haven't dropped the hammer on it yet. I'm really hoping that PES gets the G2 supercharger all packaged up soon for the 30V. I'd really like another 70 hp in my 2.8.
As for the mirrors try and talk to David Moore at Momentum Audi (713.596.3300) and see what he finds. He's a wizard at aftermarket parts and he's really fair to boot.
Do you know of any Audi events that are taking place in the Houston area? I'd really like to go to one and if there isnt the I might get some folks together and put one on. Interested?
