Los Angeles Service Depts?
Is Bev Hills Audi the only dealer that "any" Audi owners have complimentary comments about ? If you can't get in line prior to 7AM Mondays, they may not take you and thereafter your looking a 2 day backlogs. This could be a good sign, but it could also mean that the techs are under great pressure and might not being give complaints & questions their proper due. PS: not even taking appts for the fuel sender unit recall.

Correction to my earlier post. I should have said "non-negative" comments vs "complimentary", and also, comments of any kind about experiences re; LA/So. Cal. Audi service. Thanks!

Try Steve Taub's in Santa Monica
It's a very nice group to work with. They are professional and enthusiastic, especially when they recognize someone who takes care of their car. As I always say ...
go there at lunch, get the Enterprise car, come back at lunch when it's ready. No big deal.
Do not show up first thing in the morning. Why stand in line? And yes, the service will probably take one or two days, but you've got a car to drive so don't sweat it.
