Will APR's S4 chip fit in A6 2.7T?

Will APR's S4 chip fit in A6 2.7T?
I know the engine is suppost to be the same, but it never says on APR's site that the S4 chip will fit into the 2.7T. Also, anyone know about that chip on the S4 from APR that produces 400BHP? WOW! If the chip for that as well as all of the other stuff required for the 400hp upgrade fits on the A6 2.7T, Sign me up!<p>3gG0

APR has a different chip for the 2.7T
Although it's the same engine, the 2.7T has a more restrictive exhaust than the S4, so their stage 1 chip is slightly different. I plan to have it installed next month in my 2.7T when APR comes to town for a tech session. See their web site (goapr.com) for the specs.

PES (Garrett)
Very satisfied, gets rid of most of the turbo lag. Feels like V8. No impact on everyday driveability.
PES will mount your stock chip so it can be easily swapped back and forth with the Garrett. Handy for any dealer visits where that might be an issue.

Tell me more about the Wett chip - they are within driving distance.
I figured I'd have them install the chip in their Valpariso facility if that is the one I get. Do you have any Dyno curves or specs? They don't have a 2001 version yet, but I've read reviews on their 1.8 turbo chip, and it seems to be one of the best. What made you go with Wett?

Sorry, valve body. ( brain-fart ) Anybody see the "unbiased" chip test ?
What a joke ! Garrett supposedly had a bad chip due to shipping ( I heard packaging played a role ). He was the only one who got to custom dyno tune his chip while re-testing.
I have heard a lot about Garrett products, but have seen little to back it up. Especially for consistacy. Maybe I've had the bad luck to see the duds - car or chip. Maybe continued exposure will change my mind.
There are a lot of very good and some bad tuners out there. Look for a track record.

we send a modified ECU to you and then you return yours when you are ready.
