Great Clair Imports Experience
I called Clair to order some wheel caps for New Ronal R28s. I got a newbee on the phone who couldn't find the caps even though I gave him the correct Audi part # from the Tech section. He finally told me that If the caps were not for an Audi wheel, he couldn't help me.
Obviously disappointed, I decided to give it another try. (I had a very good experience ordering my CD changer from Clair.) Sent an email to their Audi Parts email address at 11:30PM the same night. At 9:00AM the next morning, I get a call from Neil of Clair. He is very, knowledgeable, helpful, and knows exactly what I need.
He has four in stock and can ship them the same day. His price is also very good.
My email offered to call them back to place my order. I was very impressed that they picked up the phone call.
Clair represents the state of the art in e-commerce. You may want to ask for Neil if you need help finding special items.
