Don't know quarter mile but 0-60 number's should run close to:
Stock: 6.5
Stage 1:5.9 2 chips
Stage 2:5.8 2 chips w/ 3bar
Stage 3:5.2 RS2 turbo/manifold
Stage 4:4.8 RS2 turbo/manifold/cam/re-worked head/pistons/3"turbo back
Stage 5: ???? Monster turbo/IC/ ect
Check s-cars.org, urs4.com and old issues of European Car.
Standing start performance is not the cars stong suit. Engine is relatively soft below 2700-3300 (depends on mods)/clutch is pretty soft on pickup and 1st gear is vulnerable to 'drag strip' starts.
However if you want to see an E36 M3 getting smaller in your rear view mirror as you hit 80 it fits the bill.

The Jan. '96 edition of Turbo magazine showed a Hoppen-chipped S4 (same car as S6) running the 1/4 in 14 flat @ 98mph. Hoppen sells at least two different chips (MTM and Lehman), but I don't know which one was used. The MTM is a bit more powerful, because it also uses a 3 BAR transducer, which allows the ECU to calculate higher boost pressures accurately.
VERY heavy car. Not really a quarter mile queen.
