Any interest in SoCal ClearBra group install?
Dan at ClearBra said that they would like to do a group install in Southern California if enough people are interested. Based on the posts about the NorCal installs, prices should be around $500-$1000 depending on the amount of protection you want. I'll get more details soon from Dan. Just a suggestion--go see a ClearBra car before blindly having it done...
I was planning to get mine done, but could not make my appointment as I was in Japan, but I'm glad I did not have it done. One of the S4 guys was kind enough to show me his. While overall it looks real nice and is not really noticeable, it is noticeable to me. There is a slight egg-shell-y waviness to the hood and several edges and corners that are visible including edges that dirt and sand, etc has invaded. Bubbles can be removed, but some of the other imperfections are not any better to me than a few rock chips.
Some areas were very difficult to tell (fenders) but also least likely to be affected.
It is your $1000, do with it what you wish, but I suggest to see for yourself before it is applied.

I agree 100%. If you're able to, see one if person before you commit to anything.
I, personally, have only seen before/after pictures on AudiWorld. But, the majority of the feedback I've read has been positive.
