Will the 17" x 7.5" S4 Avus wheels fit my '99 A6 2.8 Quattro?

I am interested in buying a set of these wheels for my car and I just had the Eibach suspension installed. Will there be any issues that I should consider if I purchase these wheels?

These are actually the wheels I've had on my A4...just wanted to trade for a couple of days to see how they look. I like them, but now the car's screaming for those eibach springs!

The Eibachs will make the car look a lot meaner. Handling is much improved through corners. Enjoy

Eibach Suspension

Did you install shocks also? What brand?

How do you like the overall ride compared to stock?

I did not have the shocks installed, just the springs. One of the subjects that I saw on a previous post was that new shocks were not really needed unless you were going to be taking it out on the track. The shocks will stiffen the ride significantly. I still wanted the car to drive like a luxury sedan but with a little something extra if I wanted to push it.

So how do you like the ride now? Is it what you expected? I'm thinking of swapping out my Eibachs for something else but trying to get soem idea whether this is worth it.
