A6 - Air Flow Meter

A6 - Air Flow Meter
Just had a Bosch unit replaced £160 plus VAT plus labour charge. Taking the old faulty unit apart shows that the thermistor (I guess) sensor has disintegrated (Totally missing). Does anybody have the details of this component?
